Luma Content House is a creative  digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through content creation, social media marketing, branding, and digital storytelling. We partner with hospitality brands, restaurants, professional services, and growing businesses across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and unlock new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, networking, and proactive lead generation.
• Lead outbound prospecting across calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and sales engagement tools.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and create new business opportunities.
• Qualify prospects effectively and prioritise high-value opportunities.
• Manage leads throughout the sales cycle from first contact through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present Luma's services confidently.
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support lead conversion and client onboarding.
• Support sales presentations, proposals, pitch documents, and commercial discussions.
• Turn market insights, campaign performance data, and client success stories into compelling sales narratives.
• Gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve services and go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.


Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, media company, hospitality sector, or related industry is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, CRM tools
• Ability to create persuasive presentations and commercial proposals.
• Consultative sales approach with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
