The Role
We’re looking for an Account Executive who can manage client relationships and keep projects running smoothly. You’ll be the link between our clients and the creative team making sure everything we produce is clear, on time, and aligned with the brand.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day communication with clients
Understand client goals and turn them into clear briefs
Coordinate shoots, timelines, and content delivery
Handle feedback, revisions, and approvals
Ensure all content meets Luma’s quality and strategy standards
Spot opportunities to improve performance and suggest ideas
Support onboarding of new clients
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Highly organised and detail-focused
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Understanding of social media and content marketing
Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing, agency, or client-facing roles
Basic understanding of content production
Interest in food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Working at Luma
You’ll work closely with a young, creative team on real client projects from day one. This role is hands-on and fast-moving, giving you direct exposure to how brands grow through content.
